European Rail Passes, Bonus Giveaway

Earlier I wrote about the cool giveaway of discount vouchers for European Rail Passes Matt is doing over on his site. Yesterday I received an email though saying the giveaway got even cooler. Could that even be possible?! Yes!

Matt didn’t think it was awesome enough to give away all those discount vouchers for European Rail Passes. No, he wanted to give away MORE. How awesome is that? He is now giving away actual passes too! Seriously, free passes for some very lucky winner.

So aside from giving away discount vouchers going from $50 USD to $200 USD  he is also giving away 10-day EuRail Global Passes. With these global passes you can travel for 10 days within Europe in a 2 month period. And if you thought that was cool enough, wrong! He’s giving away one 10-day EuRail Pass and two 10-day EuRail Passes paired together so you can travel with someone. So there are now two grand prizes and two lucky winners who get to travel around for free.

All you have to do for it is enter the giveaway and cross your fingers. The contest runs until July 17, winners will be selected by random on July 19 and winners will be announced July 22. If you’ve already entered (maybe because you read my previous post on this) you’re good, there is nothing you need to do to be eligible for the free passes :).

Good luck to everyone participating! I’m sure whoever wins any of these prizes will have a fantastic time using them. Europe is great and it has many beautiful places to visit and sights to see. I know I’m a little biased because I live here, but believe me, even I haven’t seen half of all the wonderful things to do and see here.
