Usually I’d rather be behind the camera (as a hobby) than in front of it. And portraits are also generally not the things I photograph. I’m more into macro and nature photography (and of course capturing my travels as best as possible). But Bonnie from A Compass Rose has “self portrait saturday” every week and it’s amazing to see her fantastic self portraits weekly. Along with it she makes it a link up to meet other bloggers.
Because I could finally wear my new vintage dress (I saved it for my birthday) and the weather wasn’t too bad either I decided to step in front of the camera for a change. You’ll find the result below. The wind sort of messed up my hair but oh well, you can’t have everything.
